Safe replacement of propane tanks on forklifts
Who is the training for
This training is intended for forklift operators and people who will be replacing propane tanks in lifting equipment powered by propane or butane. At the same time, we also invite you to take advantage of our forklift operator course.
To participate in this course, you must:
- be 18 or over
- have a medical certificate for meeting the relevant health requirements, issued by an authorized doctor
Course objectives
- To gain knowledge and practical skills in the field of safe replacement of propane and butane tanks in gas-powered forklifts.
- Familiarizing the participant with the basic hazards to life and health that occur when replacing propane tanks
- educating people on how to protect against accidents when using forklifts in normal and emergency conditions. It is a supplement to mandatory health and safety training.
The duration of training takes into account the professional preparation of the trainees, their work experience, and the risks associated with work. Its maximum time is 8 hours. (lesson hour: 45 minutes).
The course ends with an exam. As part of our classes, we provide all the necessary teaching materials.
After completing the course, the graduate obtains the right to replace propane-butane gas cylinders on forklifts in the form of a course completion certificate.
